Each bar holds 5 grams of dried mushroom, a blend of Penis Envy and Tidal Wave . The bar is scored into four marked squares, so a single square works out to roughly 1.25 grams. You break off what you want and eat it. No grinding, no scale, no eyeballing a pile of caps and stems.
